Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to digital accessibility and how to request accommodations.
Effective Date: February 23, 2026
Our Commitment
LegalsOne LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website and platform to provide an equivalent experience for everyone.
LegalsOne is primarily a B2B platform used within professional law firm environments. We take accessibility seriously for both our marketing website and our application interface.
Standards We Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), describe how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA also helps us meet applicable requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 where applicable.
Current Conformance Status
Our website and platform are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate gaps.
We have implemented the following accessibility features in our current design system:
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for primary text and interactive elements
- Semantic HTML structure (proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions)
- Keyboard-navigable navigation menus
- Focus indicators on interactive elements
- Descriptive alt text for informational images
- Resizable text without loss of content at up to 200% zoom
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas that may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible
- Complex data tables in the platform may require improvements to role and header associations
- Third-party embedded components (such as payment processors or integration widgets) are outside our direct control and may have their own accessibility limitations
We prioritize remediation of issues that significantly impact usability and are actively addressing known gaps.

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of LegalsOne. If you experience a barrier, please let us know:
- Email: accessibility@legalsone.com
- Response time goal: We aim to respond within 5 business days.
We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will work to identify and address reported barriers.
